Roger Jones is an accredited exercise physiologist based in Sydney’s north shore. Specialising primarily in musculoskeletal rehab, as well as exercise for chronic & complex conditions, and lifestyle modification. In addition, to exercise physiology services Roger works with a number of sporting organisations and individuals, both as a strength and conditioning coach and consultant for sports performance training, testing & programming for aspiring athletes.
Roger began work in the Sport & Allied Health industry in 2007 after completing his undergrad degree. Since then Roger has continued to learn, grow, and develop, finishing two Masters degrees, a number of courses, and starting his own business.
